Grand Opening Week – Prize Drawing Official Rules

A Prize Every Day March 20th thru March 24th 2017

1. One entry per household per day. Beginning March 20th you may enter in person at either eDCU location or you can contact us. If you enter online you must include the words “Prize drawing” in the “How can we help you box”. All entries must be received by 5pm to be eligible for that days drawing which will occur the following business day. All entries from the previous day will roll into and be eligible for the drawing the following day. Winners will be notified by phone or email the day of the drawing. Winners will have 10 business days to claim their prize. If prizes are not claimed within the 10 business days they will be forfeited. Must be 18 years or older to enter. No purchase necessary. Does not need to be a current member of eDCU to enter, however the winner of the 0% APR Perks Visa credit card for life prize will need to be a member to claim the prize and is subject to credit approval.

6. Grand Prize for Friday March 24th is a 0% APR Perks Visa Credit Card for Life. To claim this prize you must be a member or become a member of eDCU at acceptance of the credit limit. The credit limit issued will be based on approval of credit and the maximum credit limit shall not exceed $5,000. If you have an existing Perks Visa you may convert it (subject to the maximum $5,000 credit limit) to the 0% APR for life. If you have an existing Perks Visa with a credit limit greater than $5,000 you can either split your credit line into two different accounts and apply the prize to one of the accounts or you may apply for an additional credit limit to utilize the prize. If you are not a member at the time of winning, you will need to apply for a credit limit and that will be issued upon approval of credit. If your credit cannot be approved, you will forfeit the prize. This prize is not transferrable. The 0% APR applies to purchase transactions only. Balance transfer and cash advance transactions are subject to the normal APR assigned based on your credit qualifications. All other terms and conditions of the Perks Visa Credit Card agreement you were provided originally or will be provided upon account opening remain in effect. In the case of a joint account with a co-borrower or co-signer/guarantor, the 0% APR for life only applies to the primary borrower. Upon the death of the primary borrower, the account balance will lose the 0% APR interest benefit and be subject to the interest rate based on the borrowers original credit qualification at the time the prize was accepted for a new credit line or the qualification established on the account at the time the credit line was converted to 0% APR for an existing credit line. If the winner is not a member of eDCU, to establish a membership you must meet our membership eligibility requirements and open a Share Savings account with a minimum of $5. APR means Annual Percentage Rate.
7. Employees, volunteer officials and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
