Credit Union Branch Manager

We are seeking a Branch Manager to fill an immediate opening at our Olympia Financial Center. Our Branch Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the branch while being charged with providing oversight and direction to branch staff. As a Branch Manager, you will coach, mentor, and develop a strong team dedicated to enhancing our members financial lives while ensuring that branch activity drives overall profitability and meets eDCU’s goals and objectives. You will be a model for exceptional member service and resolve complex member situations.

We need someone with an established skill level who meets the following requirements:  

  • Working knowledge of Federal and State Banking and Lending regulations 
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Proficiency with computer programs and software such as MS Office, loan origination software and core banking systems
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Growth mindset with a desire to collaborate on projects 
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Ability to easily review and evaluate credit reports
  • 5 years exp working in Financial Institutions. Previous Credit Union experience is a plus
  • 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience at a Financial Institution. Previous Credit Union experience is a plus
  • 2 years of new accounts and sales experience
  • 2 years experience processing consumer loans would be ideal but not required 

Scheduling flexibility necessary to meet service needs.  Typical hours are Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. No weekend hours!

Loan Officer/Account Manager

We are seeking a Loan Officer/Account Manager to fill an immediate opening at our Tumwater Financial Center. Our Account Managers serve as consumer and home equity loan processors and officers, as well as provide new account and general member service. Our Account Managers work collaboratively as problem-solvers and opportunity seekers.

Member Service Representative

evergreenDIRECT Credit Union – Olympia, WA

We are seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) to fill an immediate opening. Our MSRs serve as tellers, new accounts, and member service advocates. They also provide a host of behind the scenes roles to serve our Account Managers and support staff. Our MSRs work collaboratively with all staff and are the primary link between eDCU and our members. MSRs play a vital role as problem-solvers and opportunity seekers.
